Concierge
Concierge requests are categories with fields, so the desk receives a time, a party size, or an occasion instead of a blank note. The same screen carries the guest chat thread.
A restaurant table needs a time, a party size, and a cuisine. A tour needs a date, a group, and a pace. A celebration needs the occasion and how the room should be set. The concierge desk publishes those categories, and the guest fills the labeled fields. Chat sits on the same stay screen, so a follow-up does not start a second conversation.

On the desk
- Publish the request types the house can actually fulfil.
- Read each request with its fields filled in.
- Reply in the guest thread and mark the request accepted or done.
- See housekeeping, wake-up, car, and medical forms when they are part of the same stay.
On the stay screen
- Categories such as a restaurant table, a tour, or a celebration.
- Hints for the details the desk needs, shown on the form itself.
- The desk's reply in the stay chat.
- Status when the request is accepted or finished.
How this desk runs
- 01
Publish categories
Each category tells the guest which fields matter: time, party size, cuisine, pace, or room setup.
- 02
Guest fills the form
They do not send a blank note. The request arrives with those fields already named.
- 03
Desk reads and replies
The concierge accepts it or asks a follow-up in the stay chat. The guest sees both on one screen.
- 04
Mark it done
Done closes the request and notifies the room, whether it was a table, a tour, or a celebration.
