City guide
The city desk is the house guide: walks, markets, and the places the concierge actually recommends. Editing a note and saving it refreshes the guide on the guest screen.
Each entry is short on purpose: a place, when to go, and the one thing the concierge wants the guest to know. When a market closes early or a walk moves to the evening, the desk rewrites that line and saves. Guests who want it arranged send an ask, which arrives as a request rather than a phone message.

On the desk
- Write short entries with a time of day or a tip.
- Replace an entry when hours or seasons change.
- Keep the list to places the house will actually help with.
- Answer a guest who asks about a listed place.
On the stay screen
- The current city guide on the stay screen.
- A time of day on each place, so morning and evening plans stay separate.
- An ask action when they want the desk to arrange something.
- The revised guide after the next save.
How this desk runs
- 01
Write the guide
A place name, when to go, and a single note: best after 5pm, a 40-minute walk, sunset seating.
- 02
Save it to the rooms
Open stay screens replace the old guide. Guests who have not opened the city tab yet see the new list on the next visit.
- 03
Take an ask
If the guest wants the desk to arrange a place, the ask arrives with the place and the room.
- 04
